Bella Medical Spa was established in August of 2005 by Dr. David Boles and his wife Cathy. Dr. Boles has been in family medicine and has practiced in the US Army at Ft. Campbell as well as here in Clarksville since 1983. Over a period of time Dr. Boles had developed a special interest in aesthetic medicine and after years of pursuing additional education  he decided to open Bella Medical Spa. He and his wife Cathy have hand picked a team of aestheticians and massage therapists that are as dedicated to serving others as they are. Our main mission here is to enhance not only our client’s outward appearances but to help them attain each of their personal goals.

We are unlike your average day spa. Our medical spa is unique in the sense that we offer laser procedures and injections but still have a place to relax for massages and facials.  Each member of our staff has been licensed by the state of Tennessee and has had the proper training and certifications needed for each procedure offered. Dr. David Boles specializes in Water-assisted Liposuction, as well as Botox, and other dermal fillers.  We offer complimentary consultations for all services so that our clients are comfortable before beginning any treatment.
