David L. Boles D.O.
David L. Boles, D.O. Fellow American Academy of Family Physicians- Dr. Boles has been board certified in Family
Practice since 1983. He was trained at the University of Mississippi, Kansas City of Osteopathic Medicine, and at Dwight D. Eisenhower Army Medical Center. He has practiced medicine in the US Army at Ft. Campbell as well as here in Clarksville since 1983. Dr. Boles owns and operates four Covenant Care Family Practices in the Clarksville, Goodlettsville, and Erin TN areas. Over time Dr. Boles developed a special interest in aesthetic medicine and after years pursuing additional education he opened A La Bella Medical Spa in 2005. He has expertise in the use of Lasers, Botox, Tissue Fillers, and water-assisted liposuction to aide in improving the appearance of his patients. Dr. Boles is very active in his faith, as a follower of Christ he tries to live by the Golden Rule, ”Do unto others as you would have done unto you.” He has been married to Cathy Boles for 35 years and is the proud father of four children and grandfather of two of whom he feels are a gift from God. Dr. Boles frequently says that he feels like the most blessed man on Earth. He feels privileged to be able to serve people at his medical practices as well as here at Bella Medical Spa.
Kay Dixon R.N
With over 9 years experience as a Nurse Injector Bella is very proud and excited to offer the services of Kay E. Dixon. She comes to us VERY highly recommended by several sales
representatives for many different injection companies as well as by local customers that she has seen in the past. Kay has brought with her new services, the most up to date injection methods, and an eye for beauty. She is a certified trainer for Medicis and Suneva and has traveled the country training doctors and nurses on the latest methods and techniques.
Kristen Jones- Aesthetican
Kristen Jones became our full-time aesthetician in June of this year and ha
s been providing all of our Aesthetic provedures including; Laser Hair Removal, Tattoo Removal, Spidervein treatments, Microdermabrasions, Chemical Peels, Smart Xide CO2 laser, Dermaplanning, and so much more since 2010. She is an advocate of healthy skin and urges all of her patients, young and old, to use sunscreen everyday. Kristen’s passion for skin care is evident in her continuing education efforts to stay on the forefront of the skin care industry so she can not only provide her patients the best skin care possible, but also educate them on the newest and best treatments available.
Kelsey Harvey L.M.T
Kelsey Ransdell is a licensed massage therapist. She attended massage classes at Miller-Motte Technical College, where
she obtained an Associates Degree. Kelsey’s skills and techniques earned her the coveted “top massage therapist” award in her graduating class. Kelsey’s goal is to help each and every client to achieve his or her desired therapeutic objective. She looks forward to her client’s follow-up visits, because she takes great pride in the improvements they have each attained.
Theresa Skaggs L.M.T.
Theresa Skaggs is a graduate of Miller-Motte Technical College. She received an Associates degree in Applied Science/ Massage Therapy.
She is licensed by the Tennessee State Board for Massage Therapy . Theresa was awarded “Most Dedicated” in her graduating class at Miller-Motte. She specializes in Swedish Massage and Deep Tissue Massage here at Bella. Theresa knows the importance of educating her clients on the benefits of massage therapy and enjoys helping each of them reach their personal goal.
Kara Jensen- PMU Technician
Kara has been a member of our team for over two years and has excelled with her Permanent Make-up techniques. She
offers hair strokes for eyebrows, upper and lower liner, lip color, and scar relaxation techniques. With an eye for beauty and an artistic talent Kara has improved the quality of life for many of our clients by cutting that morning mirror time in half, helping those who can’t see as well as they used too, and making going without make-up a possibility for those it once wasn’t.
