  • Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment so that we may have appropriate paperwork completed.

  • Please be aware that due to the nature of our business as well as a safety precaution, we are unable to accommodate children in the spa.

  • It would be greatly appreciated if appointments needing to be cancelled, rescheduled, or type changed, be done 24 hours in advance.

  • We require advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule this appointment. Should you No Show to this appointment you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee to your card on file.

  • Please be aware that we NO LONGER accept checks as a form of payment. We gladly accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and CareCredit financing.

  • We do not accept FSA Flex Cards.

Q. What is the downtime for a chemical peel? 

A. Typically you should peel anywhere from 24-48 hours post treatment. Although depending on the patient some may not peel at all. Most patients that don't want anyone knowing they had a service performed will choose a Wednesday or Thursday so that they may peel throughout the weekend. 



Q. How many treatments should I expect when doing Laser Hair Removal?

A. Typically you will have anywhere from 6 - 8 treatments on average. Number of treatments may vary depending on the patient. 

Q. Can I tan or have sun prior to my laser service? 

A.  We advise all patients to stay out of the sun, tanning bed, or use self tanners 1 week prior and post treatment for safety precautions. 

Q. Will my prescriptions effect my laser treatment? 

A. YES.  Please be advised that some medications that cause photo sensitivities can potentially cause you to burn during your laser treatment. 



Q. How often should I been seen for my tattoo removal? 

A. Patients are seen every 6- 8 weeks apart and the service is performed 6-8 times on average. Results vary depending on the color and depth of the tattoo.

Q. What are the differences in Botox and Dysport? 

A. Both treatments are neurotoxins that decrease muscle movement. This treatment works with your body to stop making the expression or movement  that is causing wrinkles. Each are brands from different companies but both provide the same outcome. 

Q. How soon will I see results after Botox?

A. Botox can take up to 2 weeks to take effect. Some patients see results sooner. Please be aware of the 2 week time frame so that you may schedule based on your needs.

Q. What to expect after a Dermal filler ( Restylane, Juvederm, Bellafill, Radiesse, etc.)

A. Bruising and swelling are both common after your dermal filler. Please be mindful that any blood thinners, alcohol, and some supplements may cause bruising. Swelling is normal and should subside 24 hours after your service.
